Valiani Mat Pro Ultra

 

The Mat Pro® Ultra is a multifunctional Flatbed cutting system for all applications in the offset/digital printing industries and in the packaging segment. The machine can perform sheet die cutting process, packaging prototypes, mockups, signs, labels, decals and more.

 

The Mat Pro® Ultra, available in two sizes 32”x48” and 40”x60”, is capable of;

It’s fitted with

1 media hold down system: Clamping.

 

 

The pneumatic clamping system not only provides a safe way to hold media down but also provides the user with a reference fences (zero point) to work without detecting crop mark.

The Mat Pro® Ultra has been designed with the aim of increasing the production capabilities of small-medium sized businesses whose are searching for a versatile product. The plotter fully supports the Interchangeable Heads System®, providing clients with the widest range of tools for machines in its class.

 

V-Studio, the Valiani software (standalone software currently available only for Windows), thanks an easy-to-use interface, dedicated features and complete integration with Illustrator® and Corel DRAW®  files (SVG and PLT), is the perfect solution for clients who would like to use it immediately.

 

Mat Pro® Ultra upon request can be equipped with a camera for crop mark detection. This device, used in combination with OptiCrop software, can perform contour cutting and creasing around pre-printed media. The software reads register marks on a wide variety of particular material such as;

 

Special vinyls (Type 1-2-3)
Reflective materials
Direct-Coupled materials
Multi coloured printed artwork

 

 

OptiCrop, using 4 distinct markers (round or square) and an advanced technology, guarantees an incredible precision in cut alignment and compensation for printing deformation. OptiCrop detects register marks with a maximum tilt angle of up 45°.

 

The m3 software provides an easy way to work with over than 500 preloaded 3D designs. The wide selection of Packaging samples allows to quickly create an artwork, show to the 3D view, cut and delivery a product technically correct in the shortest time.

 

Limited space?

Valiani also offers a new mountboard storage base that provides a simple solution to a big problem.  The optional base and provides the facility to store part or full sheets of mountboard, on easily accessible enclosed shelves; sizes up to and including 32" x 48" (820 x 1220mm).
